Womp womp. Life has changed a lot since March of last year. My job moved out where there is no gym, I got a promotion leading to even more sitting down, and my student loans came due meaning I had no more money for a personal trainer. I could list all the reasons why I think I went off track, but I really don't know. 10 pounds since March...ouch. This has to stop. I need this to stop. I am starting school in January and it has given me a new outlook on life. I promise to myself that I won't compromise my body for Jess' time, that she can go with me if she wants to spend time with me so badly. I am going to take care of myself, put good things in my body...and not weigh myself so much.
Current stats:
Weight: 216.6 (even though I was 220 a few days ago so I am assuming after the dominos I ate I will be back to at least 218 by tomorrow).
Exercise: None today..yet.
