Just finished with the trainer. An hour of powerlifting after this weekend's sickness and I feel lightheaded and more than a little sick. 199.8 today.
Food: cottage cheese and crackers
One taco (neighbors were going to throw it away so I said I'd eat it)
A Kashi go lean meal (tasted like NOTHING)
Protein smoothie
Oh and a clif bar.
That's not enough food :/
