This will be brief since I am already in bed and typing on my phone. But I promised to start again so here I go. My brief drop in to the 330s was just that. Brief. But I knew it would be. Back to 343 today. Had dry special k cereal at work for breakfast, a turkey, cheddar and mayonnaise sandwich on white with hummus and adzuki and rice chips for lunch, which are made by Boulder and gluten free and amazing btw. For dinner I had more hummus and rice and bean chips, followed by etouffee and rice, of whice I always eat too much.
Went to the gym and studied flash cards while on the bike. Went nine miles in 25,minutes, which is two miles and five minutes further than last time. Icing my knee as I type.
