It's hard to post when I haven't been able to really work out and I can't control my weight because it's a hormone week, so I know I'll be retaining water whether I want to or not. I'm at 343 today. I don't think I'm eating horribly either. Here's what I ate today.
Sausage and cheese muffin.
chicken, quinoa, and veggies
corn dog, small bag of fritos
rice crisps treat
quinoa and chicken, baby banana
