J's Post 24
I feel like I did a lot better foodwise today. I had a chai latte and bistro box of chicken, hummus, cucumber, and pita bread today for breakfast. For lunch, I had quinoa, spinach salad with feta, ranch dressing, and chunks of turkey, and a hard boiled egg. I had marble slab chocolate swiss ice cream with health bar mashed in with Angie this afternoon. But I ordered the smallest one, and only ate half. I wanted the kid size, but the guy misunderstood and gave me the adult small size when I wasn't looking. Whatever. For dinner I ate with Lindsey and her family. We had grilled lemon pepper chicken, steamed broccoli, green beans, couscous, hummus, and pita chips. And apart from the latte, all I've had to drink is water today. I'm feeling all superfoody :)
