203.6 today. I'm not sure why my weight is doing this to me. It's pretty unfair I say. I hate to think its because I can't run. Anyhow food yesterday wasn't great, but definitely not enough to push me over the weight edge.
Breakfast: oatmeal with milk
Snack: pretzels and hummus
Lunch: beans, rice, cheese and chicken
Snack: clif bar
Dinner: 3 chicken strips
No workout as it was my rest day.
