Knees hurt real bad again. Ate a lot today though I don't think any of it was bad.
Breakfast: oatmeal and croissant
Snack: garlic chicken spring rolls
Lunch: meatballs and spinach ravioli
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: more garlic chicken spring rolls (I have an addiction and they are cheap)
Went to the gym twice today, doing twenty minutes on the bike each time at ten intensity, and the first time lifts weights for about a half hour.
