A's Post 14

Three mile run/walk with Amber today, and am about to have my hour personal training session.

Food:
Breakfast: Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken Spring Rolls
La Boulange Ham and Cheese Croissant
Lunch: Baby Bowl with chicken rice cheese salsa and beans from the taqueria

Clif bar
Lean Cuisine Ravioli

Will probably have a smoothie post workout.
