Pretty upset about my 202 pounds today. Wtf body. Just got finished with my personal trainer: one hour of weight lifting plus twenty minutes on the bike equals a jelly legged Alyvia.
Food: Google breakfast today. Chef made potatoes eggs and a tiny little mini cinnamon roll. I ate all of it. Homemade soft tacos for lunch, a small portion, lean cuisine for another lunch? Some sea salt in buttered popcorn for snack, and a protein smoothie post workout. If I don't lose weight tomorrow there will be screaming involved
I wonder if your salt intake is inhibiting your weight loss. How much water are you drinking? I don't drink enough (any), but I know that those lean cuisines I eat are really salty.
