Not much to report today because it was my rest day (tomorrow is personal trainer). Bad day as far as food went.
Breakfast: home made stew yum yum
Lunch: 5 guys with Jess' mom, though at least it was a LITTLE hamburger and we split fries between the 3 of us. Also some Cold Stone ice cream. Siggggh.
Dinner: Couple handfuls of chips and two pieces of beef jerky and a couple more handfuls of chips.
Weight: Same
On the plus side Jess and I bought food for all week and made our meals for tonight. Should go better tomorrow since I have that AND my personal trainer.
