J's Post 12
Almost went to bed then remembered I didn't post. Weight went back up today. 344. Boo. But I knew it would because I ate real food last night after having been sick and not eating for several days. However, tonight my weight is the same, so I'm hoping I'll be a little lighter in the morning. I had a chai latte this morning (those are my drug), lean cuisine for lunch, some goldfish, then chicken and black bean quinoa for dinner. On the plus side I didn't have any sugary desert-y things tonight. Normally I grab a snack of something like a kit kat mini or something, but not tonight. Still super tired from being sick. Falling asleep at my desk, swaying when I stand for too long without support of a wall, staring off in to space, etc. I'm ready to start feeling better. Hopefully will be able to do some walking this weekend, but it really will depend on the status of my cough. Must go to bed now.

Yeah I'm sure it will go up a little, but good for you on your eating! Should you be having a little bit more food?
