J's Post 13

Lost a pound. 343 today! I'm trying to get back to eating normally, but I still can't make myself eat much, especially in the morning. Here's what I had today.

Morning: Cup of coffee and special K cereal bar
Lunch: Quinoa and chicken
Dinner: potato soup with crackers, then some more quinoa with chicken.

Going to try to walk tomorrow, but I think I'm going to go to the gym to do it. I'm afraid of walking outside for two reasons. One, the cold air will aggravate my lungs and two I'm a little afraid of walking too far and not having the energy to get home. With the treadmill, I'm always near my car :)  Will also try and post a pic tomorrow, only because it's been a couple of days.
