Weight: 200.8 (almost back down)
Exercise: Had the personal trainer today so lots of line jumps and stepping up on a giant rock...and lots of ab work...and lots of squats.
Food: I have been suuuuper good today.
Breakfast: 2 packets of oatmeal
Snack: Yogurt and a clif bar
Lunch: Homemade tacos
Snack: Beef jerky and another bar (tried to spell it jurky but my phone wasn't having it)
Dinner: As yet undecided but I am having a lot of trouble not envisioning finishing off the bag of chips at home).
So something terrible happened with my back today. Not really sure what but it hurt so bad I couldn't breathe in. All I could think about was how I wasn't going to be able to do my trainer tonight. However, I didn't know he was the most awesome trainer in the world! When I got there and told him he massaged my back for about twenty minutes and then my back didn't hurt anymore! We made it a cardio day due to the back and he just had me do lots of plyometric stuff. Love this guy. Seriously.
