Photo time! First of all, it was dark in the apartment gym, so this weird flash photo is all that I could get. It makes me look skinny though!
Took me 14 minutes to do a mile. I ran a little bit, maybe three minutes of this, and I felt like I was dying the entire time. Gotta start somewhere right?Made it 25 minutes before the neighbors called, demanding I come up and eat birthday cake with them. I only had one piece and skipped the wine. An improvement for me, as I would normally have eaten at least two.

Two packages of Lean Cuisine garlic chicken spring rolls (800 calories)
Homemade stew! No idea how many calories but it can't be much
Piece of cake :)
Exercise: those 25 minutes on the treadmill.
