Can see my self better in this one. Yesterday's pic was hard to see because I was in a dark shirt. Again, no workout today. L O N G awful day at work, full of major stress. Came home and watched movies with Liana.
Food today: half a bagel and a Grande soy chai latte from Starbucks for breakfast, a couple of slices of salami and baguette bread during the staff meeting for lunch, cheese Combos crackers, about half the bag in the middle of the afternoon, and Samurai fried rice, habachi chicken, and salad for dinner.

Have got to up the workout routine to start losing I think. I actually have been pretty good about not eating out. Only the last couple of days have I actually bought anything junky, and I really think it's because I've been sick and I don't feel like cooking. Bad habits die hard.
