LONG day today at work. Crazy little monsters making me work hard for da money on a manic Monday. Yes I just mixed two songs' lyrics.
Weight 341. That's what I get for eating pasta at Olive Garden, then finishing off pasta leftovers for breakfast the next day.
Food today: two Lean Cuisine (I think, don't have the box) breakfast burritos, half a cup of coffee from work with creamer, LC for lunch, Qdoba queso burrito and chips and queso for dinner SO full after qdoba, but I had a cupon for free chips and queso!! This was my first mistake. Ate it at like 5pm, so had a bowl of special k cereal at 930ish. Probably will have either gained or not lost weight tomorrow. All I can say is since I just finished my cycle, I'm not in complete control of my appetite. Everything sounds delicious. But the burrito from earlier has given me awful heartburn and my fingers are swelling from the salt so I dearly regret it.
Stupid rain/wet snow that won't keep up out of school this afternoon, so I came home and took a nap. No exercise. I WILL change this cycle.
